Brass or Stainless Steel?

Our brass name plates are rotary engraved so the font is indented into the brass name plate. This means that the lettering will not wear off. Stainless Steel name plates are laser etched so the lettering may wear off over time. If you are concerned about the lettering wearing off, please ensure that you choose a brass name plate – these are made to stand the test of time!

Sizing

X-Small: 5cm x 1.2cm | Best for small dog collars and small pony bridles | Single line option: 8 characters

Small: 6.5cm x 1.2cm | Best for large dog collars and double colour browbands | Single line option: 12 characters | Double line option: 14 characters per line

Pony: 8cm x 1.5cm | best for miniature, small pony and pony size halters as well as single colour browbands | Single line option: 10 characters | Double line option: 12 characters per line

Horse: 10cm x 2cm | Best for cob, hack, full and warmblood halters | Single line option: 10 characters | Double line option: 16 characters per lines

Order Time Frames

So that we can ensure our name plates are of the required quality to cope with being attached to a horse, these are made off site in a professional engraving facility. This means we allow a turn around 14 days minimum. Let us know if you are needing something urgent as we may be able to send a halter ahead and the name plate when it arrives.
